The Virbamec Super may also be used as an aid in the control of the mange mite Chorioptes bovis, but complete elimination may not occur.
The veterinary medicinal product should be given once by subcutaneous injection at the recommended dosage level of 200mcg ivermectin and 2mg clorsulon per kilogram of bodyweight. Each ml contains 10mg of ivermectin and 100mg of clorsulon, sufficient to treat 50kg of bodyweight.
