Originally from a mixed beef and sheep farm in Gloucestershire, Harry grew up helping on the farm and developing a love of all things agriculture and country sports. After studying in London he slowly worked his way west with his spaniel, Trigger. He eventually settled in Herefordshire, working for a busy farm practice with an incredibly varied client base that exposed to him to a lot of different systems, helping him to gain a wide range of experience. He decided at this time to expand his knowledge further by gaining a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP)

After being introduced to Northumberland by his wife, he fell in love with the county and the surrounding areas, and in 2022 they relocated back to the area when a job opportunity presented itself. Harry is our lead vet from our latest Shotton Branch. 

Outside of work he spends his time in the woods chasing pheasants and deer, working on an old land rover rescued from a hedge before the move and exploring the beaches and hills with his wife and daughter.
